The wedding venue is always a good place to meet up and if we can get the event coordinator to attend it usually saves a lot of time. Depending on the equipment booked for the event we usually arrive an hour or so before however, with a bigger equipment list and additional equipment booked sometimes it is better where possible to set up the day before or in the morning pre wedding. These details are usually discussed at the pre meeting.

Our advice is usually once all your evening guests have arrived and you've had the opportunity to welcome them all to your reception. A good time is just after the buffet has finished and use the first dance as Mr & Mrs to announce to the guests the party is well and truly open.

Yes, we do and in our experience, most venues will not let us in until they see sight of the documentation! We always forward n documentation to the venue in advance and get the formalities out of the way.

The best advice to give is book as soon as possible as popular dates get booked up well in advance sometimes up to 2 years! there is only a deposit to pay and the balance is not due until 28 days prior to your date.
